Check-in: are you acquiring your textbooks?
Finally, we will play and fun game and talk about strategies for remembering what we read in our textbooks for our other classes.
Homework: Let’s practice what we learned!
Do you have readings due for your other classes next week? (Yes!) Put the strategy we discussed in class into place.
Journal Due 9/3: Describe what you think is meant when politicians or others discuss the “health of our democracy.” What does the term “big data” mean to you? How might communication play a role in linking these two ideas?
